The weather was cold, rainy, and gloomy… but the love and support still showed up heavy today. Our regulars came to grab their weekly juices, some of our favorite couples stopped by, and the energy at the stand stayed high all morning ✨

We took Dat Fire shots together 😂🔥, made fresh mango smoothies, Kev came through showing love, and we had some of the best conversations. Moments like this remind us that it’s so much deeper than juice — it’s community, connection, healing, and good vibes.

Just flew into Myrtle Beach for a work trip and was feeling a little off, so you already know I had to find me a cold pressed pick-me-up 🌿✨

Stopped by LŌLEO Juice Bar and the ladies there DELIVERED 👏🏽 and was bringing that latin vibez 💃 🎶

I started off with the “Get UR Green ON” — apple 🍏 , cucumber 🥒 , kale & spinach 🥬— and whew… it was SO good I had to run it back for another cup 😮‍💨💚

Then followed it up with a wheatgrass shot with ginger 🫚, lemon 🍋 , and cayenne 🌶️ plus a fresh pineapple slice chaser 🍍🔥 Clean, refreshing, balanced, and exactly the boost my body needed after traveling ✈️

Availability Update📆

To my Generational Rootz community 🌿

Effective Immediately , I’ve made the decision of stepping back from regularly attending the Sunday market. We’ll still be at the Saturday market full time and may pop up on select Sundays throughout the season.

As a single mom and business owner, I’ve learned how important it is to create balance and allow space for rest. After weeks of nonstop work, I’m taking a more intentional approach to my schedule so I can continue showing up fully for both my family, for you beautiful people, and this business I love so much.

I’ve already updated the website to remove Sunday farmers market pickup options moving forward. All of our juices, cleanses, herbal elixirs, sea moss, wellness shots, and seasonal offerings will still be fully available at the Saturday market as usual 🌱

Last weekend filled my heart in a way I can barely put into words ✨

Seeing my entire family come out to support me at the market was simply magical. My parents, my brother, my aunt and uncle, my cousins, my baby cousins, my children…and my girl Anne who has always supported me since day☝🏽…..all gathered together surrounding Generational Rootz with so much love, light, laughter, and encouragement.

And what makes these photos even more emotional for me is that they represent a timeline of the last 3 years — the journey from start to where we are now. From the quiet moments of healing, planting seeds, learning, rebuilding, creating… to standing here today watching something that once lived only in my heart come fully to life.

In the middle of busy market days, long prep nights, and building a dream from the ground up, moments like these remind me what truly matters.

It’s easy to get caught up chasing the next goal, the next milestone, the next accomplishment… but the real richness of life lives within the small moments. The hugs between customers, hearing my children laugh nearby, watching my family proudly stand beside something I built with my own hands and heart.

This journey has never just been about juice for me. It’s about healing. Community. Legacy. Returning to the roots that nourish us most deeply — love, family, connection, and presence.

This weekend reminded me to slow down and truly embrace the people who walk beside us through every season of life 🌱
